Exercise & Eating Well is about more than aesthetics, it's about how you feel, the changes to your health, the increased fitness, tone, and strength, the balance to your mood, gut and hormones, your quality of sleep, and of course your longevity, maintenance of lifestyle and decreased risk of ill-health or disease.

Studio Personal Training
Based at my private studio in Liphook
My bespoke studio is for private use for 1-1s. Train a versatile space. With a full-spec treadmill, ski erg, power cage, cable machine, weights, battle ropes, boxing equipment, sandbags, kettlebells, dumbells, barbells, steps, suspension trainers, and resistance bands. This space is light, airy, and perfect for bespoke personal training sessions.

You don't need to be a boxer to do boxercise. Boxercise is about having fun, whilst moving your body. Don't be fooled you'll work hard in various drills and rounds. This class uses basic punches combined with bodyweight exercises to create an all-over burn. This is a mixed abilities class, beginners are welcome.

Bespoke Stand Alone Nutritional Advice
Are you struggling to see where you could make changes to your diet? Perhaps you're a 'gym-goer' who still isn't reaching their goals?
This one-off nutritional advice service is perfect for anyone struggling to see where they could make improvements to their diet, be it healthier food choices, or increasing their 5 a day. The one off-service requests a 7-day food and drink diary in order to reap the full benefits of seeking one-off nutritional advice.
WOMEN'S ONLY - Private Training Group
The class combines strength with conditioning, for example, small barbells with battle ropes, in a 45-minute blast-style session. Mixed-abilities welcomed.
Currently, this is a PRIVATE personal training group, with a maximum of 12 ladies in the class. You must message to inquire about availability as these groups run in 6-week blocks, seasonally.

Online Coaching is perfect for those who already have access to a gym or equipment. An 8 or 12-week program takes the stress out of planning your sessions. Alternatively, I offer Teams delivered personal training sessions.
