My Aim

We all know that diet culture and contemporary societal pressures can make us feel guilty about what we eat, what we look like, and how much exercise we are doing. 
My aim is to help you find a balanced lifestyle, which encompasses and respects both your physical and mental health. 
We all know that sometimes life gets in the way of our better food choices, meal planning, and exercise regimes. But that is ok!
I am trying to encourage a lifestyle which plays on what works for you, not what works for others. 
Join me on a journey to change your lifestyle through better food choices, sustainable exercise routines and a no food is off limit policy!

What Can I Offer You?

Studio Personal Training

Based at Martinique House, Bordon

My bespoke studio is for private use for 1-1s or pairs. Train a versatile space. With a full spec treadmill, air bike, power cage, cable machine, weights, battle ropes, boxing equipment, sandbags, kettlebells, dumbells, barbells, steps, suspension trainers, and resistance bands. This space is light, airy, and perfect for bespoke personal training sessions.

Sessions can be child friendly if childcare is a challenge for you. Sessions can be 1-1 or shared with a friend/partner (This means the cost is halved).

Weekly Classes

All held Outside my studio at Martinique House, Bordon

Mondays Bodyburn 6.30 - 7.15 pm 

This class combines the use of free weights, such as dumbbells, and small barbells with cardio conditioning, such as battle ropes, or bodyweight conditioning exercises like shuttle runs. This is a mixed abilities class, beginners are welcome. ​

Wednesdays 7.30 - 8.15 pm - Boxercise

You don't need to be a boxer to do a boxercise. Boxercise is about having fun, whilst moving your body. Don't be fooled you'll work hard in various drills and rounds. This class uses basic punches combined with bodyweight exercises to create an all-over burn. This is a mixed abilities class, beginners are welcome. 

You can BOOK NOW online for classes by purchasing either a single pass (for just 1 class per week) or a dual-class pass to access both weekly classes.

You will need to fill out a client form prior to your 1st session and this will be emailed to you. Any questions just get in touch.

We all start somewhere, my classes are small groups, they are fun and most importantly very friendly.

Bespoke Stand Alone Nutritional Advice

This one-off nutritional advice service is perfect for anyone struggling to see where they could make improvements to their diet, be it healthier food choices, or increasing their 5 a day. The one off-service requests a 7-day food and drink diary in order to reap the full benefits of seeking one-off nutritional advice.

Online Coaching

An affordable way to have a PT anywhere

Online Coaching is perfect for those who already have access to a gym or equipment. An 8 or 12-week program takes the stress out of planning your sessions. Alternatively, I offer Teams delivered personal training sessions. (Peak price remains, but off-peak is £15 between the hours of 10am & 4pm)

Receive your program and do it in your own time at a location to suit. 

Select from an 8 or 12-week program. 

Choose to add on bespoke nutritional advice. 

All programs include a welcome pack, ongoing support, access to a private clients-only Facebook group, and a library full of exercises.
