During this time this client went from eating cake for breakfast to opting for wholemeal alternatives throughout the day.
Over 8 weeks, the client has learnt that it is NOT about restriction, but rather balance and moderation. The client now feels more in control of his better food choices.
What is more, the client has gone from doing little or no exercise, to regularly cycling 3 times per week.
The client has lost 4cm of his waist and 6lbs in weight.
This client now sees how through small changes, and a sustainable approach to weight loss that it is possible.
