This class will combine strength work with cardio conditioning. During this 45 min session, you will feel an all over burn! Increase strength, tone, and work on your cardiovascular health in short bursts. Week to week sessions will vary from using dumbbells, small barbells, battle ropes, mats, steps, kettlebells and other pieces of kit that will help aid your workout.
